How to upgrade the glasses firmware on a non-DP phone or a phone that cannot open the AI glasses app?
Contact official customer service to obtain the QR code for downloading the latest app.
Does the AI-G3 or AI-G3B glasses support screen casting for navigation?
The AI-G3 and AI-G3B glasses support on-glass navigation. To use this feature, you need to install the corresponding glasses app on your phone, select and confirm your desired location within the app, and then cast the navigation from the app's navigation software to the glasses.

Is iPhone compatible (with the glasses)?
Search for "Cyan Glasses" in the App Store on your iPhone, then download and connect the device.
Unable to display after connecting to the phone?
Please ensure that Bluetooth is enabled on your phone. If the connection cannot be established properly within the app, please pair the device manually in the Bluetooth settings first, then open the app and connect.
How to adjust the brightness of the glasses?
Go to the brightness adjustment settings in the app to adjust the glasses' projection brightness.
When the AI glasses are connected to the phone, why does the user receive an update notification? Can the update be skipped? Do we have a pop-up window to notify the user?
To enhance the product experience, the AI glasses will continuously release new firmware versions to fix known issues, add new features, and optimize existing ones. When the glasses are connected to the phone, the AI glasses app will automatically check whether the current firmware version of the glasses is the latest. If not, it will prompt that an update is required. Failure to use the latest firmware version may result in the glasses not functioning properly. Please follow the prompts to update in a timely manner.
How to turn off the glasses?
Press and hold the red button until the indicator turns red to power off the glasses. Or, the glasses will automatically turn off after 10 minutes of Bluetooth disconnection.
Will using the AI glasses for calls incur communication charges?
The AI glasses themselves do not incur any communication charges. The AI glasses are merely a medium for voice transmission.
